Healthcare
Advocacy
Our Direct Support Professionals are trained to help our clients understand their health benefits and the waiver system. They can assist in scheduling appointments, advocating for the client when going to doctor appointments, following through with doctor recommendations, overcoming chronic and acute issues by suggesting specialized doctor visits, assisting in tracking progress, and helping our clients coordinate care among doctors.
Financial Advocacy
Assistance in remembering to pay bills, exploring and understanding financial options as well as filling out any necessary paperwork and talking to financial professionals, and developing a budget.
Activities of
Daily Living
Our Direct Support Professionals can assist with bathing and showering, grooming, nail and oral care, dressing and undressing, preparing food and eating, toileting and cleaning.
